1) Thou, Lord, has given Thyself for our healing;
Poured out Thy life that our souls might be freed.
Love, from the heart of the Father, revealing
Light for our darkness and grace for our need.
2) Saviour of men, our humanity sharing
Give us a passion for souls that are lost,
Help us to follow, Thy gospel declaring;
Daily to serve Thee and count not the cost.
3) Pray we for men who today in their blindness
Wander from Thee and Thy kingdom of truth:
Grant them a sight of Thy great loving-kindness,
Lord of their manhood and guide of their youth.
4) Come, Holy Spirit, to cleanse and renew us:
Purge us from evil and fill us with power:
Thus shall the waters of healing flow through us;
So shall revival be born in this hour.
5) Give to Thy Church, as she tells forth the story,
Strength for her weakness and trust for her fears;
Make her a channel of grace for Thy glory,
Answer her prayers in the midst of the years.
